Management of administrative HR services, including personnel records management, staffing services, wage and salary administration, employee benefits program management and employee development and retention. Services are performed primarily on-site.
- Advisor on Retainer
Senior HR consultant assigned to a client to provide on-going advice and counsel.
- HR Contract Services
HR Contract Professionals for temporary assignments, to fill in for internal HR
staff who are on leave, or to handle peak workloads or special projects.
- Staffing Project Management
Management of the entire staffing process to fill executive, supervisory/managerial, professional and non-exempt positions. Includes development of the job profile, sourcing applicants, conducting the initial screening interview, applicant tracking, scheduling hiring manager interviews, communication with candidates throughout the process, reference checking and extension of the offer.
Wide range of projects, such as the development of a organization structure, roles and responsibilities, the redesign of HR processes, the development of a compensation plan. Organization assessments and comprehensive human resources audits are two methods of understanding the current state of the organization and its HR practices, and of developing a prioritized road map to improve.

Writing AAP's for clients who are federal, state, county, or city contractors or subcontractors; updating of existing plans for recertification.
